Regularization of real estate, homes on undeveloped land, commercial premises used as homes that must be registered in the property registry, price per property €3,000 (offer price, €2,450), apart from the architect’s certificate €400, bill of notary and property registry (between €600 and €800). All this, without VAT included. We take care of everything until registering your property.

Send budget where 40% of the budget must be entered.
