Some of our reviews of the latest projects:

• Pantoja Project in Toledo. Land of more than 100,000 m2 and a 40,000 m2 warehouse built in 2002 for a recycling company. Through our Due Diligence we made the proposal to continue the urban development through an in-depth analysis of the legal-technical problems that resulted in the possibility of starting its development.
• Land in Cercedilla in Madrid. Plots for single-family homes acquired from a company with an expired license from 1995. Through Due Diligence, it was possible to understand the problem and propose a development path.
• Land in Collado Mediano in Madrid. Single-family plots in the Land Registry classified as roads in the Pan General. After its study, an alternative to the urban situation of its planning of the year 1990 is proposed.
